NordIndsigt reviews the documents behind a Danish property listing on behalf of
the buyer, before a bid is made. We are not an estate agent, not a lawyer, and we
take no commission from any transaction.

## BoligCheck — single property

- Price: from 299 DKK (one-off, per property)
- Delivery: typically within 24–48 hours
- Languages: Danish, English, Ukrainian, Arabic (most other languages on request)
- What is reviewed: salgsopstilling, tilstandsrapport, elinstallationsrapport,
  energimærke, sælgeroplysninger, ejendomsdatarapport, servitutter, BBR data.
  For andelsbolig also: årsregnskab, budget, nøgleoplysningsskema, fælleslån.
- What you receive: findings ranked by financial consequence, hidden future
  costs, inconsistencies between documents, and the specific questions to ask
  the seller or agent before bidding.

- Price: 599 DKK (one-off, covers three properties, approx. 200 DKK per property)
- Delivery: typically within 24–48 hours
- What you receive: one BoligCheck report per property, plus a written
  recommendation on which of the three is the better purchase and why.
- Why it exists: buyer advisory in Denmark is normally priced per property
  (typically 1,795–8,495 DKK each), which makes comparing several candidates
  economically impractical. This product exists to make screening affordable
  before a buyer commits to one property.

  1,850 DKK (2026).
