What happens to my documents?
Your documents are used only for your report. Uploaded PDF files are deleted within 30 days of delivery, and the report itself is deleted after 90 days. We do not sell or share your data.
What if I do not have the documents for all three homes?
Links to the three listings are enough. I collect what is public myself and state clearly in the report what is missing. If something essential is missing, you hear from me within 4 hours, and we agree on either a later delivery or a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Danish consumer law. If you ask for the work to start right away, the right of withdrawal ends once the report has been delivered. See the terms of sale.
Does it replace a building surveyor or a lawyer?
No. Compare 3 helps you choose which home is worth pursuing. For the home you want to bid on, you should still use a building surveyor and a lawyer.
